Catching Up

Once again, a couple weeks have just flown by me! I am blaming it on the holiday season :)
We are having our ups and downs but we sure can't complain.
Despite Lillie's surgery she has managed to have 4 weeks of straight ear infections. And there isn't anything left we can do while she is so tiny. Momma is running low on sleep. Good thing I am used to that!
Damon got some kind of nasty bug, Which I really had no idea he was sick until he threw up the night before his flew shot. Had him checked out and he had a nasty throat infection along with an ear infection. 24 hours later I got that overwhelming feeling his ear drum was going to burst so I had his pediatrician call in some tylenol codene. Sure enough, 3am that morning is ruptured. (this is the 3rd time for him). That happened in the wee hours Sunday morning. It's amazing how much relief he got from it. Breaks my heart. But I think he is on the mend. Finally.
Cherry has been doing great, fingers crossed! She is as lively as ever and is loving the holidays and snow.
Right now we are getting spoiled with family. Everyone, and I mean EVERYONE is finally together after almost 3 years! It is such a wonderful blessing. Life gets so busy I never realized how much I missed my family until we are all together and I wish it was like this everyday!
I have had several photo shoots which I need to post and catch you all up on. They have been so much fun! I love that between my photography and teaching voice and piano I can work from home. And still raise my kids and tend to their needs. I feel so blessed to have the talents the Lord blessed me with.
I am really looking forward to Thanksgiving this year. I have so much to be thankful for.
I will post again soon about that :)

VEGAS!!!!!!!!!!!

Here is why Halloween was crazy! That morning I found out my brother was going to be in Vegas at the air force base there. I have not seen him in close to 3 years! He is stationed in Japan with his little family who I miss terribly too! So my mom my lil sis and i decided to make a quick trip down to see him. We left the next morning. So it was, hurry and clean the house and pack, do trick or treating, finish things up after Halloween and head out early!
It was SOoOOOoo good to see him! He hasnt changed much. Ok, maybe a little thinning hair. JK Kels!!!

First Snow!

Even though this came WAY before I am ready, I have to admit, that first snowfall is still so fun.

Finally catching up

It seems life's insanity has absolutely gotten me this time! Holy crud! I am soooo far behind in blogging. Goal tonight : CATCH UP!!!
So Cherry turned 5! And we had a wonderful birthday!
Her Grandma Hanson took her to Build A Bear where she had a blast! She has never been. She picked out a pink unicorn (shocking I know! ;P ) and stuffed it, bathed it, dressed it and named it Cally. Cally has not left her side since then!

And since Daddy works nights now we did our family celebration earlier than normal. (Cake before lunch!) hee hee













And later the kids and I did our tradition of painting pumpkins!
