Purpose

Earlier this month I gave you a sneak peek of the session I did with my 3 kids. I have FINALLY finished editing them ( I make myself finish client sessions first). Editing these was a humbling and refreshing time for me. Sometimes I think I get overwhelmed with trying to do and be that perfect mom (which I am SO not). I expect so much of myself and have this image of all the things I should be as a mom. And I am sure all of you moms out there know what I mean. Going through these I am laughing at all of the silly faces and then sighing at the sweet moments. It made me realize I need to step back and watch, and admire and enjoy these short moments I have with my babies. I already know how fast it goes by. One minute I have a tiny new baby in my arms and the next thing I know she is climbing everything and talking to the other kids (true story)!
So here's to the joys of being a mom. To being blessed with 3 beautiful souls who show me the true meaning of patience, forgiveness and love.
