Before I tell you what is official, I have to share my awesome day.
It's been any normal day for me. In too much pain to do anything but make sure kids are fed, dressed and not completely destroying our home.
Then I get a call from James at work. His boss pulled him aside, which now I am thinking oh crap,
and told him he was nominated for the work angel tree and then handed him a large sum of money. Enough money that it is double what we were meagerly spending on our Christmas. I have been in tears ever since he told me. Those who know us, know we get by without much. And we are fine with that. I am blown away and so very very grateful. To know that there is still the true spirit of Christmas out there, and to be given more than I feel we deserve. I am beyond humbled.
I look forward to the day I can pay it forward and give back to those who have helped us over the years.
I am grateful for the reminder of the true spirit of Christmas, and being able to show our children what that is. And how Christ like it is. Especially this time of year.
So, on top of that amazing gift, today I had an amazing bonding experience with our little Braddock. I was at my massage laying on heat and he was kicking and pushing me. Like I always do, I stop to feel him. It was funny, this time he was just pushing the same spot out. So I touched the spot. Then a little harder I rubed it with my thumb, and I could feel his teeny little foot. Heel to toe. And as I did he reacted back and pushed against my thumb. It brought me to tears. To know what I was feeling, and to feel his sweet little soul respond to my touch.
I can not wait to meet him and hold him in my arms. And touch every little tiny bit of him.
And now for the official. We have finally settled on his full name:
