{Family}

(2 weeks old)
Mason has fit into our family just like we knew he would.  He has brought a feeling of peace and warmth, and joy and love.
We are so lucky to have the beautiful family we have today.

It is so hard for me to put into words, my feelings about being a mother.  It has changed my life in SO many ways.  It's not always perfect (it rarely is perfect!), It's not glamourous (unless you call poop and sticky fingers and faces glamorous).  There are so many things being a mom is not.
But it is my everything.
It is what I live, breath, and sleep.
It is who I AM.

I love being a wife, a homemaker, being my own self with my own dreams and talents and hobbies and goals and aspirations.

But being a mom, I could never go without.
I am so grateful for each one of my precious treasures.  I am grateful to the Lord for trusting me with them and giving me this amazing opportunity.
As scary as it is, I love being the one to raise them, and nurture them, and love them.  To teach them about all the things they will face in this life.  To help them grow and watch them become the beautiful people they are.

I love my babies!!
