The Plan

ok, really I should be packing like a crazy maniac right now, but Braddock is having a fussy time.  And since I have to sit and hold him, I might as well blog :)

So here's where we are moving to, and my plans. . .

It's a Rambler Home, with a pretty big back yard for the kiddos -forgot to take a pic of that.

The upstairs,

you walk into the living room. . .

Which made me laugh when I walked in and saw it was the same painting/wallpaper from my sister who lived there a long time ago :)

I have a yummy earthy/stone grey color i have picked out

The main bath. I fell in love with this curtain and have planned the whole bathroom around it. Color on the wall, LIME-ish. It's gonna ROCK! towels and rugs are a cocoa/grey and pale teal-ish.

The Master Bedroom- I hate white! lol I have something so freaking AWESOME planned for this room. But I am not revealing it until it is done :)

The Boys Room. Well, since I happened to have some paint colors sitting around for the last 6 yrs, I had to use it! They really have no bedding or anything that coordinates, but I had to do stripes...

Then I found the awesome Ocean/Boat decoratins and it all came together!

The Kitchen.

I don't know about you, but this is where most of my time is spent. Ok here and the office. I have always loved BOLDness. And I have always LOVED Orange. So the main house color will continue in here, but I have an awesome deep Orange/Red color wash I am going to do too on the long wall. It's going to be kick A$% :)

DOwnstairs. . .

Walks right into what will be the Toy/Workout/Game Room

Complete with workout materials, Wii, PS2(need to upgrade), and movies and toys. . .

The OFFICE-

needs a lot of TLC as this is where my creative genius needs to feel enlightened and motivated. I am thinking a beach theme. the white walls will be an ocean blue color. Add some distressed white wood frames holding my favorite images I have captured all over. . .

The Bath- newly built and quite pretty! Not sure what I am doing there yet :)

The Girls Room

I have plans, oh how I have plans. I want their room really bright and cheery since they are alone in the basement.

This is ordered for them both:

I am doing the walls in the pink color. Except for the wall where their beds will be. It will be yellow, and I am going to outline a large diamond pattern all over in pink. not filled in, just outlined. And I want to get a white hanging chandelier wall sticker to go between their beds.

And there ya have it! Our new temporary home. I am so excited to have SPACE. And a place for the kids to play. And no directly wall related neighbors!
