A Beautiful Day

Way up in the mountains, where its quiet and serene, is one of my absolute favorite places to visit.
Where big blue skies and huge white fluffy clouds are not interrupted with powerlines and buildings.

A true gift to see.  One of Gods finest creations.
Welcome to Cascade Springs.  Where a natural water springs bubble up from deep within the earth, and cascades it's way down the mountain side and into beautiful clear streams.

Where Grandmas can go crazy with their phone cameras, while the children romp and play and explore, and get freaked out by spiders.
Where one particular child cooperated for nothing...
We try our best,
poor Mason, ha ha ha!

Where I get to spend some quality time with my momma (and have a horribly angled shot taken by my 9 year old)
Where Braddock tries to keep his baby brother from the river. Don't worry people, Mason's face was not red from choking/suffocation (even though it looks like it), but from the 90+ degree temps in full sunlight.
Where Grandma helped Mason touch the water safely....
(Again, do not fear, no children were harmed in the making of this outing)
And where I got a rare glimpse of the ever elusive....

Wait for it......

3 year old smiling AT the camera!
ok, maybe at Grandma NEXT to the camera.

A gorgeous day and memories made.
